Creative virtual assistant offering business support across Kent and East Sussex. I help founders and creative businesses stay organised, shape ideas, and manage day-to-day operations.

Hi, I’m Saskia.

I spent over a decade in documentary filmmaking — producing for National Geographic, BBC and Channel 4, managing international shoots, six-figure budgets and the kind of controlled chaos that comes with moving a crew of 25 across the Mongolian Steppe. I've always worked at the intersection of creative and operational: the person who can shape a story and make sure it actually gets made.

Along the way, I built an e-commerce business from scratch. Within eight months it was stocked at Selfridges and in the pages of Vogue and The Guardian. I know what it takes to grow something from nothing — and what falls apart when there's no structure holding it together.

Now I work with founders and small businesses as a Creative VA. Not just ticking things off a list, but genuinely helping you think, plan and move forward. The kind of support that means things stop getting stuck.

If you're good at what you do but drowning in everything around it, that's exactly where I come in.

My Approach

We'll start with a free 30-minute consultation — a chance to understand what you need and where things keep getting stuck. From there, I'll shape a way of working that fits you properly.

That might mean a focused one-off session to bring clarity to a specific project, or ongoing support across your content, social media and day-to-day operations. Either way, it's flexible — no long-term commitment, no overhead, just straightforward monthly invoicing and regular check-ins to make sure everything keeps moving in the right direction.
